Happ: connect to Liberty VPN
Happ is installed separately. You can get your personal Liberty subscription URL from the Telegram bot or your account. Below are the app installation options and ways to add your subscription.
Happ is a third-party app. Liberty VPN is not its developer.

App availability in stores may depend on your device and region. Before installing the Windows version, check its system requirements; for Linux, choose the package for your distribution.
Where to get your connection key
Copy your connection key — your personal subscription URL — from the Liberty VPN Telegram bot or your account. Then add it to the app using the instructions below. You do not need to open a separate connection page.
In the Telegram bot
Open your subscription in the Liberty VPN Telegram bot. In the “Your subscription” message, copy the complete link under “Connection key” without changing any part of it.
Alternatively, select “Connect” in the same message, choose your platform, and copy the key from the resulting message.
In your account
Sign in to your Liberty VPN account and open “Profile → Instructions”. Use the copy button beside the link.
The connection action on your subscription card on the home screen also opens these instructions. You can also copy the key from “Connection Settings”.
Do not share your connection key publicly or show it in screenshots.
How to add your subscription to Happ
Add it manually
- Copy the complete personal subscription URL you received without changing any part of it.
- Open Happ and add the URL using the guide for your device: Android, iPhone and iPad, Windows, macOS, or Linux.
- Wait for the server list to load, then select a server and turn on the VPN.
For a TV, use the separate guide listed above: you need to transfer the subscription using Local Import or Web Import. The import steps are the same for a URL copied from the bot or your account.
After adding your subscription
- Open Happ and select the connection you added.
- Start the connection. Choose another server or location if needed.
- If the connection does not work, try importing the URL again or contact Liberty support.
Questions about connecting with Happ
Do I need Happ to connect?
For the method described here, yes. Happ is the recommended app for connecting to Liberty. Your Liberty subscription provides VPN access for use with Happ.
Where can I get my connection URL or key?
In the Telegram bot, open your subscription and copy the link under “Connection key” in the “Your subscription” message. In your account, copy the key from “Profile → Instructions” or “Connection Settings”. Then add the URL to Happ using the guide for your device.
What if I cannot add the URL to Happ?
Check that Happ is installed and that you have copied the complete subscription URL without changing it. Add it manually using the guide for your platform. If the app shows an error, send the error text to support without sharing your connection key publicly.
Can I connect to Liberty manually?
Yes. Copy the connection URL or key from the bot or your account. Open Happ, paste the copied data when adding a subscription manually, and save the connection.
Do I need a separate Happ account?
The steps described here use the URL from your Liberty subscription and do not include separate registration with Happ. If your app version asks you to sign in and you are unsure how to continue, ask Liberty support for guidance.
What if I cannot connect?
Check that your Liberty subscription is active. Try importing the URL again or choosing another server. If that does not help, contact support and describe your device and the step where the problem occurred. Do not post your personal URL or connection key in public chats.
